Nashville, TN (WFN) -- Only America's ugliest neck is worthy of wearing America's Ugliest Necklace.

In its third annual search, landofodds.com, a provider of beads and jewlery making accesories, has found the least attractive necklace in the nation.

Ridgewood, New Jersey, resident Robert De Luccia is creator of the atrocious bit of jewelry which is made from bicycle chains adorned with rose beads, bone carvings and a luggage clasp.

De Luccia says he gets inspired when he gets "pissed off at things." This necklace was inspired by New York radio deejays, Mike and Mad Dog, whom he calls an "idiotic duo" because he claims they denounce cycling as a legitimate sport.

If he's allowed to enter next year, De Luccia says he's got a necklace made from recycled tin, paper and glass, inspired by a city government which insists people recycle, but never shows citizens the direct results of their work.
