New York, NY (WFN) -- Matchbox 20 frontman Rob Thomas will preview songs from his upcoming debut solo album at a small club show with Jewel in New York next month. Invited guests will shell out $250 a pop for tickets to the August 3 performance, while a limited number will be sold to the public via eBay starting July 19. Proceeds from the show benefit Thomas' Sidewalk Angels Foundation for the needy. STOCKHOLM -- The clock is ticking down on Tiger Woods' days as a bachelor. The engaged golfer's mom has been spotted in Stockholm scouting spots for a wedding along with his Swedish fiancee Elin Nordegren's mother. A source in Sweden tells MSNBC gossip columnist Jeanette Walls, "The word is that it will happen here and it will happen soon." NEW YORK -- Lindsay Lohan belted out some songs in her movie "Freaky Friday," but the next time you hear her, it will be on her own record release. The 18-year-old actress has just been signed to a long-term recording contract with Casablanca Records. NEW YORK -- Slain rapper Notorious B.I.G.'s 1994 album "Ready to Die" is coming back to life. A new digitally re-mastered version of the disc was re-released yesterday by Bad Boy Records. The re-mastered copy is said to be clearer and crisper-sounding and was released as a special thank you from Sean "P.Diddy" Combs to Ms. Voletta Wallace -- Biggie's mother.
