The bill depicts Kerry with a finger up his nose and is signed by actress Jane Fonda and French Prime Minister Jacques Chirac on the front, with a picture of the Eiffel Tower on the back below the slogan "In the UN We Trust -- Not!"

Michael Johnson's funny money has been on the market only two weeks, and in the first three days he sold 5,000.

Over the years, Johnson has created political cash for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Al Gore, but the Democrats usually get slammed harder with "technically altered" photos.

Why? Because most of the customers who get a bang from Johnson's bucks are Republicans.

He says if he did the same bill with Bush's finger up his nose, "the bill would get zip."
