New York, NY (WFN) -- George W. Bush may be arousing lots of controversy but he's also inspiring art -- and his share of parades. Conceptual artist and media prankster Joey Skaggs should cause fireworks on July 4 when he holds a "prank-triotic" parade dedicated to "Dubya" in Washington Square Park in Greenwich Village. "Bush: The Parade" will feature lookalikes of the President as well as Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice and the Saudi Arabian royal family. But the highlight of Skaggs' "March on Washington" is probably the 8-foot-by-8-foot replica of the White House that he will personally tow on the back of his tricycle. Skaggs says that's where the bogus Bush will hold "secret meetings" with a "surprise guest." The media prankster has been working on the satirical parade for more than a year and says its purpose is to "motivate people to vote."
