Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- It's not easy being a superhero and one aspiring actor hopes to show what really goes on behind the cape.

Mark Teague has just finished a DVD documentary, "Superguy: Behind The Cape," that gives a super-sized view of the life of a hero.

Teague -- who stands 6-foot 6 in his tights -- came up with his concept while he was working as an animator for the Fantastic Four and, one day, started thinking about the details.

For instance, he says it's difficult for a hero to prioritize because, "how do you decide which is more important -- a burning building or a crashing jet airliner?"

Other problems include finding phone booths for changing and the lack of a superhero medical plan.

Although Teague is a fictional superhero, he deserves a super round of applause for answering the age old question -- How does a superhero go to the bathroom in superhero tights?

Teague says a hero like Superman must have escape hatches in his cape for the poop and a catheter-like cup that squirts the urine out behind his foot when he flies.

"Superguy: Behind The Cape" flies into stores today (Jun. 22).
