Burbank, CA (WFN) -- Regardless of what happens to George W. Bush this November, his cousin, Billy Bush, should make out pretty well. Bush has been signed to co-host "Access Hollywood" with Nancy O'Dell, replacing Pat O'Brian. LOS ANGELES -- Rod Stewart is inspiring a new song: "Do Ya Think I'm Stingy." Popbitch.com reports that when Stewart was overcharged for a $4 bottle of water by a Los Angeles restaurant, he drove back ten miles and wouldn't leave until his card was recredited for the four bucks. LOS ANGELES -- There will be thirty-two new stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has announced its picks for the shiny honor and among the recipients are: Tim Allen, Antonio Banderas, Donald Duck, Kevin Kline, Julianne Moore, Tom Brokaw and Susan Lucci. ST. ANDREWS, Scotland -- Call him Dr. Dylan: Bob Dylan will receive an honorary doctorate of music from Scotland's oldest university, St. Andrews. The folk pioneer -- who received his first honorary degree from Princeton in 1970 -- will accept his new degree next Wednesday (Jun. 23) and then perform two concerts in Glasgow.
