Chiropractor Offers NBA Stress Test

Los Angeles, CA -- L.A. Lakers fans who are stressed over the team's NBA Championship loss may be able to find relief.

L.A.-based chiropractor Matt Costantino is offering fans a free NBA Championship stress evaluation.

He says it's absolutely possible that a person can suffer stress and pain from a sports-related loss.

"Everyone is in a different place emotionally and financially," he says.

Costantino got the idea from a St. Louis colleague who offered a free stress evaluation when the Rams lost the Super Bowl to New England in 2002. He says a lot of people took his friend up on the offer.

If Constantino finds a patient with no other reason for the pain other than the stress of the Lakers losing, he may recommend they seek counseling.

Otherwise, he'll try and treat the physical cause for the pain.
