Beverly Hills, CA (WFN) -- Beach-goers who want to turn their flab into fab have a new surgical option that gives them six-pack abs. Dr. Anthony Griffin, who performed the Brazilian Butt Lift on the TV program "Extreme Makeover," has created a Six-Pack Tummy Tuck procedure that gets rid of the fat and skin and tightens the abdominal muscles. During a normal tummy tuck, the skin is pulled down like a shade, but Dr. Griffin's procedure rolls the skin up on the sides like a fitted shirt. Then the abdominal muscles are sewn together to bring them forward like a pumped-up six-pack. Dr. Griffin claims it "looks like you've done 1000 situps." Very few men request the procedure, but he says at least three to four times a week women inquire about the surgery to restore their figures to what they were "B.C." -- before children. Nice abs don't come cheap. The procedure, including operating room and anesthesia, can cost between $10,000 and $15,000.
