Port St. Lucie, FL (WFN) -- Only in Florida, folks: A four-foot-long alligator startled patrons at a Port St. Lucie eatery when it slithered in and took up a spot near the kitchen. The sharp-toothed creature slid in through the back door, and laid out near the kitchen until animal control officers came to take it away, reports "The Port St. Lucie News." WOODSTOCK, Ontario -- Canadian cops arrested an Ontario man who decided to take off all his clothes and hop inside a car wash. The Woodstock Sentinel-Review reports the 39-year-old was drunk when he decided to take an impromptu car bath, and has since been charged with being intoxicated in a public place. BERLIN -- Germans are all atwitter over a mouse that stars in the "Harry Potter" films. The mouse, Scabbers -- who is owned by character Ron Weasley -- comes from a German zoo. The head of the Berlin Zoo says the west African rodent came from the zoo to the big screen via an animal casting agent. HONG KONG -- Customs officers have rounded up a band of soy sauce counterfeiters in Hong Kong. Police nabbed three men in connection with the fake soy sauce marketed under the popular brand name Pearl River Bridge after raiding stores and a wholesale business.
