Port St. Lucie, FL (WFN) -- Only in Florida, folks: A four-foot-long alligator startled patrons at a Port St. Lucie eatery when it slithered in and took up a spot near the kitchen. The sharp-toothed creature slid in through the back door, and laid out near the kitchen until animal control officers came to take it away, reports "The Port St. Lucie News."

WOODSTOCK, Ontario -- Canadian cops arrested an Ontario man who decided to take off all his clothes and hop inside a car wash. The Woodstock Sentinel-Review reports the 39-year-old was drunk when he decided to take an impromptu car bath, and has since been charged with being intoxicated in a public place.
