Washington (WFN) -- The scales are starting to tip out of favor for filmmaker Morgan Spurlock and his McDonald's diet movie, "Super Size Me." The Washington-based organization Citizen Outreach is weighing in on the flick, calling for a full disclosure of Spurlock's diet because the group doesn't believe he was faithful to his claims. Citizen Outreach president Chuck Muth says "it was a big con what he did," and cites the filmmakers's admission during an MSNBC interview that he cheated on the diet. Muth claims Spurlock made his movie just to profit off a large corporation, but will change his mind if Spurlock produces a diary of his all-McDonald's diet and signs it as a sworn statement. However, Spurlock hasn't answered Muth's phone calls and e-mails but the outraged activist says two other individuals have followed the 30-day McDonald's diet and have lost weight. In addition, Muth maintains that if Spurlock had stuck to the diet, maintained portion control, and exercised he wouldn't have put on weight.
