"The Kansas City" star reports the 54-year-old lost his car keys in a lake and was trying to retrieve them by tying a 20-pound weight to his waist and using a garden hose as a breathing tube. The man was saved by a person on the surface but refused medical treatment. According to news.com.au, experts feel the apology signs could prevent drivers from getting hot under the collar if they're cut off on the highway. Riders spent 30 minutes lodged at the top of a 75-foot drop while emergency workers and firefighters untangled the dark brown hairpiece. Officials believe the wig flew off an earlier passenger and became stuck under a wheel when the next batch of riders passed over it, but the owner of the wig still remains a mystery, reports the "New York Post."
