London, England -- History may be repeating for Donald Rumsfeld if the author of a new book that draws parallels to the Salem Witch trials and the Iraqi war is correct. British-based author Frances Hill's new book, "Such Men are Dangerous "(Upper Access, Inc.) compares power players like George W. Bush, Colin Powell and Rumsfeld to the "fanatics" who instigated the Salem Witch trials of 1692. Rumsfeld's counterpart is William Stoughton, Deputy Governor of Massachusetts, who was known for using bizarre tests to prove a woman was a witch. Hill claims both men believe that the end justifies the means and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals -- and points to Rumsfeld's current controversy over the mistreatment of Iraqi prisoners through physical coercion and sexual humiliation as proof. In her words, "The more that happens, if I had any doubt with these personalities, they would be dispelled. Every piece of news that comes out confirms it."
