	2004-05-19 - Weird News Wireless Flash News Houses From Hell Win Top Prizes

Dallas, TX (WFN) -- It's always the nice houses that win prizes from garden clubs and community associations -- but the reverse is true in a new contest sponsored by a manufacturer of furnaces, air conditioners and fireplaces. Lennox Industries is searching for North America's Most Uncomfortable Home from now until the end of August and will award the winner with $50,000 worth of interior design and indoor environment controlling systems. The discomfort doesn't just need to come from the furniture in the home. Candidates can also suffer from indoor air problems like humidity, musty smells or uncomfortable drafts. Applicants will be judged based on a 200-word essay and any visuals they can provide, such as photos or a video of their place. The owner of North America's Most Uncomfortable Home will be announced in mid-September.
