New York, NY (WFN) -- American workers would rather surf than slurp. According to a survey by Websense, 49 percent of Americans would give up their coffee break at work before they'd give up using the internet. BOSTON -- They say people leave bosses, not jobs -- and they are right. In fact, 71 percent of the folks who answered a recent survey at the website bossology.com say they're currently seeking a new job because of a problem with their boss. EDINBURGH, Scotland -- Spitting is such a problem on the bus lines in Edinburgh, Scotland, that drivers are going to be issued DNA kits to identify rogue spitters. At least one bus driver a week reports a customer has spat on them, according to "The Scotsman" newspaper, and the kits containing latex gloves, swabs and collection bags are supposed to help crack down on offenders. A similar program in Glasgow has led to 25 bus passengers being nabbed to face charges of assault for spitting. LONDON -- Sticks in the mud from England are in a huff at theme park executives who created a website named ihatework.co.uk. The Federation of Small Businesses is angry that the website is offering a mid-week theme park discount because they claim it would promote "absenteeism" from work.
