Frequent sex can lower your health risks for heart trouble, while candy may temporarily ease pain. One Harvard study even showed that folks who eat candy live almost a year longer than sugar-abstainers.

Finally, coffee gets a bad rap but it can boost your memory, fight gallstones and protect your teeth from cavities.
