Hawaiian Airlines president Mark Dunkerley says some people put five or six boxes in the overhead bins. The doughnut hoarding started ever since the state's one Hawaiian location opened on Maui back in January.

LONDON -- Deaf raves are all the rave in London, where DJs have been organizing special nights for the hearing impaired. Two of the "deaf-jams" have taken place in the last week alone, according to the BBC. DJs modify the music for non-hearing clubbers by turning up the volume so the bass can be felt, which means bass-heavy songs like Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" are among the preferred cuts.

SAMSON, Isles of Scilly, England -- A vacationing couple ended up starring in their own version of "Cast Away" after their boat captain mistakenly left them behind. The two visitors to the uninhabited Samson Island off the southwest coast of England were able to signal some help by writing SOS in big letters on the beach. A ladies' rowing team which was practicing in the area saved them, reports ananova.com.
