The object of the game is to become mayor of a seedy town called Vulgarville by bribing, stealing and conniving as many votes as possible.

One of the cleaner game cards -- the ONLY clean game card -- gives 3 votes if your prostitutes are "...so nasty you brought crackers for the cheese."

Filthy? Yes, but Maternaghan sees a higher purpose to his low-down dirty game. He wants "to keep vulgarity alive because at least it inspires laughter -- unlike war or poverty."
