Washington -- The White House will be holding its annual Easter Egg Roll on Monday (Apr. 12) and 10,000 kids are expected to roll their eggs across the south lawn of the White House.

It's a tradition that's been going on since Abe Lincoln was president but, this year, it will be a little different -- thanks to a plastic cowpie.

Cowboy kiddie singer Buck Howdy is scheduled to perform at the "egg-stravaganza" and plans on performing material like "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" and "The Chicken Dance Polka."

If that isn't "egg-citing" enough, Howdy plans to add a piece of history to the event by throwing out plastic frisbees designed to look like genuine cow poop.

Howdy was also hoping to give a fake poop frisbee to George W. Bush but, unfortunately, the Prez won't be able to attend the event.

Ordinarily, that might slam the lid on this story but Howdy admits his bandmates are egging him on to stash the make-believe manure somewhere in the White House for future generations to discover.
