Burlesque And Bordellos Returning To New Orleans

New Orleans, LA (WFN) -- New Orleans' Bourbon Street will be getting a dose of old-fashioned entertainment when a new burlesque house opens next week.

One-Eyed Jack's nightclub opens April 16 and will feature old and new forms of entertainment, including 1950's style strip-tease shows along with rock bands, but not necessarily together.

Co-owner Ryan Hesserling says the burlesque acts will be "more tease and a lot less strip."

The club also returns to New Orleans' authentic brothel/ bordellos feel. Even the wallpaper is vintage original Victorian print.

Hesserling says there has been a buzz generating about the club and burlesque is making a resurgence.
