Los Angeles, CA -- The Boston Red Sox haven't won a world series since 1918, but one diehard fan in Los Angeles says they get a bad rap -- and he's the bad rapper.

Comedian Bruce Fine has just recorded "From Cursed To First," an inspirational song for Red Sox fans to help them over the 86-year drought.

Some of the lyrics in the Red Sox rap include, "No mah umps missing calls/ no mah crazy ground balls/ No mah manager brain farts/ No mah broken hearts."

Fine has been a Sox fan all his life but scoffed at notions the team was cursed until last year when the rival New York Yankees beat them in the American League Championship.

Now, Fine is hopping a plane to Boston to deliver his message to fellow fans in hopes the "positive energy" derived from chanting his song helps the Red Sox finally win the big one.
