Des Moines, IA (WFN) -- Stick a fork in them, the pork industry's third Consumer's Choice Pork Awards are done.

The National Pork Board, which hams it up with the slogan "Pork. The Other White Meat." has announced the winners of its Golden Fork Award, which honors the most innovative piggie products that went to market this year.

Five winners were carved down from 100 entries, and this year, presliced ham in resealable containers and pre-seasoned ready-to-cook pork hogged up the awards.

Winners include: Hormel's presliced Black Forest Ham in a Slide-Rite pack, Swift Premium Pepper Grill Pork Filet Fresh Roasters, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra thin Smoked Ham, Lupo's Stir Fry Teriyaki Pork and Pork Crown Roast.

The winners receive a golden fork trophy and the right to use the official Consumer's Choice Pork Awards winner's seal on their packaging.
