85 Percent Of Americans Say Mel Gibson Is No Fool

New York, NY (WFN) -- Some people may be getting cross at Mel Gibson, but a majority of Americans say he's no fool.

Only 15 percent say Gibson's a fool according to a new April Fools' Day survey by PR consultant Jeff Barge.

Not bad, considering 57 percent of Americans put themselves in the "fool" category.

Meanwhile, 77 percent say Michael Jackson is a big fool and 70 percent say the same about his sister, Janet.

-- 50 percent believe George W. Bush is a bozo and 32 percent say the same about John Kerry.

-- Finally, the least-foolish person in America is Snapple spokeswoman Wendy Kaufman, who wins the honor for the second year in a row -- even though her last TV commercial aired in 1997.
