New York, NY (WFN) -- It doesn't take brains to be in the movies but sometimes it takes a brain scan.

Musician Don DiLego recently went to see "Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind" and along with Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet, there was another familiar sight -- a brain scan of his own noggin.

DiLego had the CAT scan a few years ago as part of an MRI study and claims the doctor told him "...it was one of the nicest she's ever seen."

At first, he thought she was exaggerating -- until the brain doc called a few months later saying that her friend, a filmmaker, needed a brain scan photo for a movie and thought DiLego's pic fit the bill.

DiLego is currently finishing up a solo album, "Photographs Of 1971," so his brain scan is currently getting more attention than he is.

Despite that, he insists he's not jealous because, in his words, "my brain scan's biggest dream has always been to be in the movies."
