Obese People Know Why They're Packing On Pounds

New York, NY (WFN) -- Obesity may be a growing epidemic in America but the country's lardos aren't fatheads -- they know why they're packing on pounds.

According to a survey by Euro RSCG, a majority of overweight people are very aware they're making poor food choices that are likely to pack on the pounds.

For example, 52 percent of fatties love thick, frosty shakes compared to 32 percent of skinny folks.

-- 46 percent crave onion rings, a favorite fatty food of 29 percent of thin people.

-- 52 percent of the chub tubs like chicken nuggets but only 37 percent of lean Americans like them.

-- Finally, 57 percent of plump people always order dessert but only 40 percent of skinny people indulge in after-dinner sweets.
