	2004-03-24 - Weird News Wireless Flash News Telephone Software Tattles On Cheaters

Wichita, KS (WFN) -- A new website's software is off the hook when it comes to catching cheating lovers through the telephone. Wichita, Kansas-based ACME Telephonic L.L.C, has created Dial-A-Cheater, which allows a user to control which telephone number comes up on a lover's Caller-ID so they can try and catch the guilty party in a lie. Folks enter the telephone number they want an automated call placed to, the time they want it to ring and the phony telephone number they want to appear on the Caller-ID. Dial-A-Cheater engineers recommend observing the suspected cheater's response when the call rings through. If he doesn't answer and lies about who's calling, it's a good indicator he's hiding something. If he answers the call he'll hear a pre-recorded message such as static or background noise. A company spokesman says the service is mostly for women to catch their cheating husbands or boyfriends and admits most men aren't interested in using the Dial-A-Cheater service.
