Doctors at the University of Bristol say the bacteria that causes loose stools has a particular scent that artificial noses can detect within an hour. By comparison, current detection methods stink, often taking days to diagnose diarrhea. GABARONE, Botswana -- If you're going to commit suicide in Botswana, use a tree, not a train.
