Ananova.com reports the unnamed family had been visiting the improperly-marked grave for 15 years before the mistake was revealed. UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. -- Officials at a Washington state elementary school could get in trouble for staging a "Fear Factor-"like assembly where students were allegedly forced to eat worms. A local TV station which got a hold of a video of the event reports the tape shows teachers coercing kids to swallow mealworms against their will. KOGO-TV interviewed one sixth-grader who participated in the stunt and claimed teachers were calling her names because she refused to eat one of the squiggly creatures.
