New York, NY (WFN) -- Regis Philbin will again get to ask his most famous question: "Is that your final answer?"

"Who Wants to be a Millionaire" is returning to prime time TV as "Super Millionaire" where the jackpot is worth $10 million and contestants play with two additional new lifelines.

It's up to Philbin if he wants to revive his famous catchphrase, but odds are looking good. Philbin says, "The word 'final' has to be in there somewhere."

When the game show returns to the air the audience won't be sitting behind a sound proof booth to prevent audience members from tipping off contestants by coughing -- as was alleged in the British version.

Executive Producer Michael Davies says they have personnel on the floor who monitor what the audience is doing visually and aurally.

"Super Millionaire" airs February 22 on ABC.
