Manhattan Beach, CA (WFN) -- Calling a psychic on the phone is nothing new but now the phones are becoming seers themselves.

A southern California-based company has created an infotainment service called "Mystic Garden" that turns cell phones into "virtual psychics" that make predictions based on astrology, tarot cards and virtual fortune cookies.

Mystic Garden spokeswoman Shawn Marie says people can find out how that job meeting or first date will go by simply picking a category on their cell phone and thinking of a question.

It may sound random but Marie claims the device has been especially accurate.

However, sometimes it discusses things she's not interested in.

In Marie's words: "Sometimes I use it right before a big business meeting but it insists on answering questions about my love life."

Mystic Garden is currently available for various cell phone types and a Spanish-language version hits stores next month.
