Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- If presidential candidates were chosen based on their past lives, the Reverend Al Sharpton would be the commander in chief.

Los Angeles-based past life expert Victoria Bullis says Sharpton has "learned more from his past lives than the other candidates -- especially when he was a white Civil War soldier."

But Sharpton's not the only candidate with a past. Bullis says Howard Dean was an emperor in the 4th century A.D. who suffered from Tourette's syndrome.

Finally, Bullis says President George W. Bush conspired to kill Caesar Augustus back in Roman times.
