Ravena, NY -- Almost 35 years after being soiled, starved and stranded on their camping trip honeymoon, a New York couple is getting a chance to do it over in style.

Cyndy and Roger Wilbur have won a second honeymoon from Thrifty Car Rental as the grand prize in the 10th Annual Honeymoon Disasters Contest.

In 1969, they spent their week-long honeymoon stranded in a tent at a church summer camp where Roger's parents set them up, thinking they'd enjoy the outdoor environment.

During the heat of passion on the first night, they dumped a porta-potty over themselves and their supplies -- including the food. Without a car to go to the store, the two resorted to catching fish with a string from their blanket.

Even worse, they forgot to bring birth control and, as a result, they had their first child eight-and-a-half months later.

Cyndy is crossing her fingers that nothing will go wrong on her second honeymoon, but says, "I can't get pregnant this time -- so that's one plus."
