Scottsdale, AZ (WFN) -- Retired athletic double threat Bo Jackson knows more than just baseball and football: He also knows how to make a mean batch of chicken wings. The all-star is now running a company that makes cafeteria food using his own personal recipes for chicken wings, meatballs, and his signature "BO-Tisserie Chicken." The food service arm of Jackson's Scottsdale, Arizona-based N'Genuity Enterprises supplies meat to military bases all over America and will be shipping 200,000 pounds of it to soldiers in Iraq and Kuwait for a special Super Bowl Party this year. Jackson and three of his co-workers plan to attend the so-called "Super Bowl Party In The Desert," which takes place Feb. 2 at 2 am local time -- when the Super Bowl kicks off in Houston. He says he's sending the snacks to service men and women as a thank you for the work they're doing in the Middle East. And although some folks are picky about what they eat, Jackson feels his recipes will go over well because, in his words, "Wings are a universal delight. Even Martians like wings."
