Receive Absolution For Your Workplace Sins

Seattle, WA (WFN) -- The sins of the workplace can be absolved -- no matter how grave.

That's according to syndicated columnist Bob Rosner, who runs an online confessional for office workers' transgressions at workingwounded.com.

The confessional lets folks share their own sins or the bad behavior of their co-workers and bosses, and either be absolved or damned for all eternity by the other office drones who use the website.

Rosner says he's constantly surprised at the awful actions that get excused -- such as the boss who urinated in an underling's coffee cup before she took a sip.

But still, he thinks the message board is useful, because in his words, "it's more interesting to let people bitch and then see how the community reacts."

Rosner is the author of the new book "Gray Matters: A Workplace Survival Guide" (Wiley & Sons).
