It Pays For Celebrities To Attend Golden Globes -- $26,000 In Prizes

Los Angeles, CA (WFN) -- It pays for celebrities to present awards at the Golden Globe Awards -- $26,000 in goodies, to be exact.

That's the estimated worth of the goodies that the Hollywood Foreign Press and "In Style" magazine is offering to celeb presenters

The gift basket breaks down into a $7,000 hotel package at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Hotel in Arizona, a $2,000 bi-coastal gym membership, a $1000 diamond necklace and a $570 caviar spoon.

Other less-expensive-but-no-less-luxurious items include a portable DVD player worth $400, a set of martini glasses worth $320 and a $50 box of chocolates.

However, the most practical goodie is probably the handmade $250 steamer trunk to carry everything home -- except for the $2000 surfboard.
