'I Want To Eat Jessie's Guacamole' -- Rick Springfield Fans Create Cookbook

Research Triangle Park, NC -- Rick Springfield may be hotter in American kitchens than he is on the pop charts.

The '80s rocker has inspired his fan club to create a cookbook featuring recipes based on his biggest hits, called the "RLS Cookbook."

For instance, there's "Jessie's Cheesy Guacamole," the "Hard To Hold Lasagna," the "I've Done Everything For You Stew" and the "Love Somebody Carrot Casserole."

And, for dessert, there are the "Don't Talk To Strangers Homemade Brownies."

The whole book came as an "Affair Of The Heart" for Springfield's fan club, which is called "Rick's Loyal Supporters." They're donating all proceeds from the cookbook to his favorite charity, the Ronald McDonald House in Tucson, Arizona.
