New York, NY -- Over two years ago, celebrity publicist Lizzie Grubman made headlines when she backed her car over 16 people standing in line at a nightclub -- and now she's got some advice for other celebs handling their own PR nightmares.

Grubman passes on the wisdom she learned from the incident to sex-tape-scandalized-hotel heiress Paris Hilton in the upcoming issue of "Steppin Out" magazine.

The PR gal says if she could advise Hilton, "I would tell her 'She'll be fine and that she's a tough girl and she's also very talented and very sweet.'"

She also dishes that Hilton has hired the same publicist, Dan Klores, which Grubman hired to help quiet up her debacle.

The key to surviving a celebrity scandal is "To keep quiet," says Grubman. "Never speak. A lot of people knock me for not speaking and to this day I really won't speak about the accident."
