Los Angeles, CA -- What makes a good party? Sex, sin and exotic locations, according to the head honcho of an L.A.-based company that takes tourists to the best party spots on earth.

Steve Saunders -- who coordinates tours to clubbing paradises like Ibiza, Spain, through his company, The World Party -- says he also looks for locations with top DJs, VIP status and plenty of "beautiful people."

The latter is necessary, he says, to ensure a certain level of debauchery for his pleasure-seeking crew of clients -- including lots of public nudity and "getting wasted."

In Saunders words, "This isn't a backpack trip. You're going to be treated like a rock star."

Later this summer, he'll be bringing his global partying concept to the masses with a DVD that follows the adventures of two World Party trips to Las Vegas and Ibiza.

Saunders hopes the video is a wake-up call to folks who are afraid to travel post-Sept. 11.
