Happy Botox To You

New York, NY -- Clowns and magicians are standard entertainment for kids birthday parties -- but plastic surgeons are the big draw at birthday parties for adults.

The new fad among well-kept women is throwing birthday bashes where the party girl and her friends get a dose of Botox to remove their frown lines.

For a time, Botox brunches were the hot trend, with patients meeting at the doctors office for bagels and a shot of Botox -- but now doctors are making more house visits for the newly-popular Botox birthdays.

Dr. Elliot Duboys has administered Botox at birthday parties and thinks they "could be a take-off on the Tupperware party."

But Dr. Duboys emphasizes that it's still a medical procedure and always makes sure the patients haven't been drinking. He says its not like a bunch of drunken sailors going off to get a tattoo.
