Rubber Stamp Guru Wants To Put Stamp On Presidency

Pasadena, TX -- A man who runs a rubber stamp shop in Pasadena, Texas, now hopes to put his stamp on the U.S. presidency.

Andrew Rotramel is running for president in 2004 as an independent candidate and admits the main reason he's running is because "you only have to fill out two forms."

Rotramel may be an unorthodox candidate -- one of his campaign promises is to "flush" the toilet.

Still, he does have a vision for America: He wants to legalize drugs and prostitution and believes all laws and regulations should be up for renewal every ten years.

So far, Rotramel hasn't received a single contribution -- "or any support at all" -- for his campaign. But he's remaining positive since he "hasn't made any enemies either."
