New York, NY -- Whoopi Goldberg is a wealthy lady, but you wouldn't know it from the clothes she wears.

That's according to the fashion fops from TLC's makeover show, "What Not To Wear," who tell "Parade" magazine that although Whoopi has a lot of talent, she often dresses like a homeless person.

Stacy London and Clinton Kelly have placed Whoopi on their list of the celebrities most in need of a redo, along with mustachioed film critic Gene Shalit and talk show host Larry King.

The two recommend a shave and a haircut for Shalit, whose current hairy look "scares small children," and a nix on suspenders for King because they "make him look hunched."

Christina Aguilera also needs a makeover, starting with toning down her look and ceasing the piercings that have made her a human pincushion.

Finally, London and Kelly say scandalized hotel heiress and wannabe actress Paris Hilton "is an embarrassment to the country" who needs to pull her low rise pants up pronto "unless she plans to play a plumber next."
