New York, NY -- I am woman, see me manage: Women now outnumber men in high paying, white collar management positions for the first time ever. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics numbers show 50.6 percent of the top jobs in management and professional occupations are held by women.

MILWAUKEE -- If a man wants to swim naked at his health club, he should be able to. That's what some male members of a downtown Milwaukee fitness/social club are saying after officials banned nude swimming, claiming the nudity is discouraging younger members from joining. The Milwaukee Athletic Club plans to have swimsuits available to members when the ban goes effective Jan. 2, but some longtime naked swimmers are threatening they'll protest by continuing to swim in the buff, reports the "Milwaukee Journal Sentinel."

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. -- A Russian Blue-angora mixed cat went on a 150-mile joyride from Kalamazoo to Rochester Hills, Michigan, under the hood of a car engine -- and didn't lose even one of its nine-lives. It's believed "Tracker" slipped into the engine to keep warm when Patricia Verduin, a college student heading home for Christmas, hopped in her car and drove home.

RALEIGH, N.C. -- A high school chemistry teacher at Smithfield-Selma Senior High School in Raleigh, N.C., proved milk may do a body good, but it can do a career bad. The teacher conducted an experiment with students to show the limits of the body's ability to neutralize acid in milk by having students drink until they vomited. The teacher has been allowed to return to work, but won't be recommended for rehire.
