Democratic Voters Get Forgetful

Rochester, NY (WFN) -- Democratic voters are getting forgetful as far as the presidential candidates are concerned.

According to a presidential Harris Poll, only 27 percent of Democrats have heard of nominee Dennis Kucinich. Adding more insult to injury: That's a 3 percentage point decrease since October, when 30 percent had heard of him.

But Kucinich isn't the only candidate that voters are forgetting. Richard Gephardt, Carol Moseley-Braun and Wesley Clark have all had a one-percentage decrease in name recognition since October.

Other candidates are faring better. Howard Dean's name recognition has increased from 58 to 76 percent in just a few months and Joe Lieberman is more recognizable since Al Gore endorsed Dean a few weeks ago.
