New York, NY (WFN) -- A man with a bird-brained talent is scratching out a name for himself by clucking like a chicken to holiday tunes.

New York resident Dirk Keysser has released a CD of Christmas classics like "Silent Night," "Carol of the Bells" and "Winter Wonderland" with him clucking out the vocals.

Keysser says he started clucking several years ago when he spotted a manger outside a church during Christmas time, merged the two scenes together in his mind. He immediately started clucking "Silent Night."

Keysser kept crowing and eventually decided to put together his CD "Happy Clucking Holidays," and performs at formal events in his "cluxedo" -- a tuxedo with chicken appendages.

He'd like to branch out into other music -- perhaps by winging it with classical pieces like "Bolero" and "Peter and the Wolf."
