Pensacola, FL (WFN) -- A doctor in Pensacola, Florida, is sticking it to celebs with a "Yutz Of The Year List."

Dr. Eugene Rutherfordtonstein, who claims to have a "degree" in adhesive therapy and works on products like nicotine patches and snore strips, has come out with his first-annual list.

Dr. Eugene explains that a "yutzotrophic event" occurs when the decision making mechanisms in a normally rational, sound-thinking person's brain are re-routed to a different part of the brain.

He's complied a list of celebs who have undergone such a yutzotrophic event in the past year.

The yutzes include: Rush Limbaugh, Kobe Bryant, Paris Hilton, Martha Stewart and any parent who lets their kid stay at the Never Land Ranch -- just to name a few.

Rutherfortonstein says he has put his adhesive therapy to use and created a ThinkPatch to stick to the yutzes' foreheads to get them to think.
