Washington -- "ER" hunk Noah Wyle is now doing good deeds for animals.

Wyle is appearing in print ads for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine's "Humane Charity Seal of Approval" which urge folks to only make charitable donations to organizations that don't fund or conduct animal testing.

The ad features Wyle's mug with the caption, "Before giving to a charity, I always look for the Humane Seal."

The ad will run beginning this month in "Playbill" and other theater magazines around the U.S.
