Are You 'Coral' Or Are You 'Beat?'

New York, NY -- Want to be down with what the hip kids are saying this year? Watch "SpongeBob SquarePants."

According to the trend watchers at the Zandl Group, one of the hippest new phrases among young girls is "coral" -- "SpongeBob" slang for "cool."

On the other hand, if you call someone "beat," that means he's butt-ugly.

Here's some other slang, not necessarily inspired by cartoons, that's cool with kids 24 and under...

-- "Chillax," which means chill and relax.

-- When you say someone is "spaghetti" that means they're sucking up.

-- A "chomo" is a child molester.

-- And when you "spill your tea" that means you tell other people your business.
