Jordan Rubin claims many of the hygiene products people use to make themselves feel good are, in reality, making them sick.

Anti-perspirant is problematic, he says, because it stops the body from sweating out wastes and disrupts the body's natural lymphatic drainage, which can lead to breast cancer.
