Vancouver, British Columbia (WFN) -- Stuntwoman Zoe Bell has suffered all sorts of bruises and sprains taking hits for stars like Lucy Lawless in "Xena: Warrior Princess" and Uma Thurman in "Kill Bill."

But for her latest role as Sharon Stone's stunt double in the Halle Berry movie "Catwoman," she had to make a bigger sacrifice: Her hair.

Bell, a long-haired brunette, had all of her locks chopped and bleached platinum so she's a dead ringer for the "Basic Instinct" babe.

It's the first time the stuntwoman has had to change her hair for a role, since she usually wears wigs, and she admits it took her a while to adjust to the blond color.

Still, she shrugs off the beauty changes, saying, "I've never really given that much of a sh*t about my hair, so it wasn't that big of a deal, and they paid me anyway, so that rules."

Bell's top priority, stunts, is the main feature in the new documentary about her career, "Double Dare," which just had its premiere in Los Angeles and was voted audience favorite at the AFI Film Festival.
