Ft. Lauderdale, FL -- An author from Florida has received a most unusual professional request: An invitation to lecture aliens on a planet far, far away.

Michael Levy claims E.T.s from the planet "Oge" telepathically contacted him on Halloween, requesting that he come to their planet to give a talk on "The Meaning of Life on Earth."

Levy says the Oges stand 9 ft. tall, are very slender and have delicate fingers and "angelic faces." They want to hear from him, rather than a world leader, because they think Levy is "the most authentic human being on the planet."

The only glitch is that the Oges' transporters, which can fly a person across the galaxy in a flash, are on the fritz, and won't be fixed for at least two years.

He says it's imperative that he help them out soon, because the Oges are battling against an evil race of aliens called the "Egos," which he claims resemble Jabba the Hut with "snatching claws that tear you apart."
