Los Angeles, CA -- Life isn't easy when you're beautiful, according to the cast of a new play titled "Pieces of Ass."

The show is currently running in Los Angeles and features a handful of women who deliver truthful "woe is me" monologues, explaining why their lives suck because they're so good-looking.

One perky blond has to wear an phony engagement ring to fend off loser men. Another French girl bemoans, in French, that men only want to sleep with her because she's French. The show also rotates female celebrities like Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Tyra Banks into the cast.

Surprisingly though, the production was created by a man, Brian Howie, who says it was hearing his female friends complain about their troubles that encouraged him to take it to the stage.

While male-bashing is par for the show, Howie says he's observed that most of the gals' pains are caused by other women, not men.

He jokes the show should really be called "Pains in the Ass."
